For the best makeup application, please arrive with clean, groomed eyebrows and a clean face. No products on skin.
LATE POLICY
A $15 late fee will be added after 10 minutes.
Appointments will be cancelled after 15 minutes to avoid delays for other clients.
NO CALL / NO SHOW
Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without contacting me beforehand will forfeit their deposit and may be subject to future banning.
RESCHEDULING
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time without original deposit.
CANCELLATIONS & DEPOSITS
All deposits are non-refundable and go toward your remaining balance.
Deposits will only be refunded if your appointment is cancelled due to an issue on my end.
TRAVEL & PARKING
For travel appointments, any required parking or parking fees must be covered by the client and are separate from your service and travel total.
CONTENT POLICY
By booking with me, you agree to being photographed and/or recorded during or after your appointment for portfolio, social media, and promotional content.
